1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
2. OTHER RETURNS Nutritional-Balance will accept Product returns within 14 days of the date of purchase and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
The product is damaged, or The product is faulty, and You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase. Nutritional-Balance may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. Nutritional-Balance reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
3. My order has arrived damaged Sorry about that! There’s honestly nothing worse when an order arrives damaged. Please drop us an email providing photos of the damaged parcel and our customer service team will take good care of your enquiry!
Please note: you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a damage claim to be accepted.
