Dragon Fruit–Blueberry Super Smoothie – vibrant, creamy, and packed with nutrients. This antioxidant-rich smoothie blends freeze-dried dragon fruit, blueberries, banana, and chia seeds with soft tofu for a protein boost. Lightly sweet and ultra-creamy, it’s perfect with plant milk and optional Zinobiotic for gut health. Ideal as a nourishing breakfast or energizing snack, it’s easy to customize and enjoy any time of day.

Ingredients:

(Serves 1–2)

  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried dragon fruit powder
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • ½ cup soft tofu (silken or firm for creaminess and protein)
  • 1 scoop Zinobiotic (or recommended serving)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾–1 cup water or unsweetened plant milk (almond, oat, etc.)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Soak chia seeds in a little water for 5–10 minutes to soften (optional but helps digestion).
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust consistency with more liquid if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately.

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Spinach or kale for a green boost.
  • Cinnamon or vanilla extract for flavor.
  • A date or a dash of honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie
