150 g whole grain pasta
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup cottage cheese or vegan cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
20 ml of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or vegan cheese.
