Ingredients:

– 1/2 medium courgette (zucchini), grated

– 1 ripe banana, mashed

– 2 tablespoon chia seeds

– 2 teaspoons of maca root powder

– 1 cup kefir

– 1/2 cup yogurt

– 1 cup blueberries

– 1 tablespoons of hemp protein powder

– 1 tablespoon berry powder

– 2 scoops Zinzino Leanshake (or similar protein powder)

– 1 scoop prebiotic fiber (optional)

– 2 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions:

You can mix all the ingredients together or make it into layers if you prefer.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated courgette, mashed banana, chia seeds, and maca root powder.
  2. Stir in kefir and yogurt until well combined.
  3. Fold in blueberries gently.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix hemp protein powder with a bit of yogurt until it forms a smooth paste. Add this mixture to the courgette-banana mixture and stir well.
